Hello fellow Porschephiles, Carnivores, Pescatarians, and Vegetarians.
On January 27, 2026 starting at 5:30, come join me and your fellow Porsche enthusiasts for a great evening at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Steaks located at 789 W Harbor Dr, Suite 158, San Diego, CA 92101 in downtown San Diego near Seaport Village, Embarcadero Marina Park North.
If you salivate for delicious, expertly prepared seafood and steaks, look no further than Eddie V’s who sets the San Diego standard for high quality in both areas. They feature Prime Seafood including Chilean Sea Bass, North Atlantic Scallops, Norwegian Salmon, South African Lobster tails, Ahi tuna and even some sashimi for sushi lovers. Their wild caught shrimp cocktail is simply superb and the crab cake, which is mostly crab with a very tiny amount of filler, is, in my opinion, the best in the city.
Carnivores can rejoice over their premium hand cut steaks including, but not limited to a 22 oz Prime Bone-in Ribeye, my wife’s favorite and, according to her, the best in San Diego, plus an 18 oz Prime Bone-in New York Strip, gold grade Wagyu strip steak, and Morel crusted lamb chops.
For the confused or those who have difficulty making a decision, Eddie V’s is proud to present the ever decadent surf and turf. All of these presentations are sure to bedazzle your taste buds.
Their irresistible sides include, among others, lobster mashed potatoes, plain baked potato with all the fixins’, truffled Mac and cheese and for the big spenders, Petrossian caviar double baked potato. All of these will, Pied Piper like, lead you to suffer diet amnesia.
For you veggie lovers out there, they also serve umami filled grilled asparagus with sea salt and lemons as well as some sinus cleansing honey sriracha roasted Brussel Sprouts with cashews. As my daughter is a vegetarian, she can testify that, upon request, the chefs will put together a delicious vegetarian platter just for you.
While they offer more than several delicious desserts, their Bananas Foster Butter Cake will set your heart fluttering and your lips smacking.

Parking should not be a problem as there is a parking lot and metered parking.
If for any reason you have to cancel, you can cancel your registration with no financial cost to you as long as you cancel before 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 25, by contacting me directly at mjarvis46@gmail.com or (619) 817-6688. After that, if you are unable to attend for any reason, your credit card will be charged a non refundable $100 per person registered.
