Auto Club Speedway September - Cup Race, Time Trial, and PDS

Save the dates: September 4th, 5th and 6th, 2020 and come join us for an exciting weekend at Auto Club Speedway featuring our Red and Orange Cup Racing (CR) groups, Time Trial (TT),  and our Performance Driving Series (PDS) all on the banked Roval course. Last year we sold out both the TT (45 entries) and PDS (30 entries) groups with drivers on the wait lists. So register early, you will truly enjoy this legendary road course. As I said, spots are limited.

Thursday load in at 5:00 PM

Friday practice with run groups for PDS and combined TT/Cup. 

On Saturday, Red Cup Racers will have 2 morning practices, qualifying session (split), and 1 cup race. Orange Cup Racers will have a morning practice, qualifying session (split), and 2 cup races. On Sunday both race groups will have 1 practice session, 1 qualifying session (split), and 1 cup race.

Time Trial and PDS will also have 4 sessions all three days days. We will be limiting the PDS registrations to the first 30 POC members to sign up for all three days. We will offer 1-day PDS registrations only if we don't sell out. All PDS students must contact Dwain Dement, Chief Driving Instructor, at: (949) 633-9455 or (949) 770-2888. New PDS students will receive track familiarization via lead/follow sessions during COVID-19.

Auto Club Schedule September 4-6 - Update

2020 POC membership is required, you can renew or join in your registration page. Last minute registration at the track will be $100 higher than online pricing-no exceptions so register early. 

Check-in and registration: will start Friday morning next to  garage 60 @ 7:45 AM.

Garages: Are available, select your garage when registering. Note that blocks of garages are assigned to specifics groups to allow them to be near their support crew. Please read the garage selection instructions prior to selecting your garage number.

Vehicle tech inspection should be done at an official POC Tech Inspection Station before you get to the track to avoid check-in delays and last minute repairs. Tech inspection at the track will be provided by PRO Motorsports and Vali Motorsports starting at 8:00 AM. The cost is $20 payable to POC.

Tire service: Tire service will be provided by Vali Motorsports. 

Fuel: Leaded (race cars only) and unleaded race fuel will be available at the track both days.

Lodging: We have a host hotel for this event:

La Quinta Inn, 3555 Inland Empire Blvd., Ontario Ca. 91764 Ph. 909 476-1112 @ $110.60. This pricing expires on Wednesday August 26th!

Camping: Motorhome camping will be permitted on Friday and Saturday nights. There are a limited number of RV spaces with plug ins. Use of these spaces is first come, first served. Quiet time will be enforced from 10p.m. to 6am. ACS does NOT allow animals anywhere within the facilities.

The Speedway does NOT allow pets. Please don't jeopardize our relationship with Auto Club Speedway by trying to sneak your pet in.

Thursday: Gate opens at 5 PM for load in and set up. 

Friday and Saturday: Gate opens at 6:00 am. Registration and tech will open at 7:45 am. Driver's can pick up all wrist bands  at  7:30 am sharp near garage 60. Track goes hot at 9:00.

Sunday: Gate opens at 6:00 am. Track goes hot at 9 am.
